What youll do as Inheritance Solicitor?
- Lead the implementation of Irish Inheritance/Estatelaw into our innovative legal platform.
- Initially collaborate closely with our IT team to integrate Irish family Inheritance law into our
systems. - Develop and refine legal templates for wills, Powers of Attorney, and other products.
- Assist in shaping and offering the companys legal service in Ireland.
- Travel to Copenhagen periodically (in the beginning) to work with our tech team in building and fine-tuning relevanttemplates.
- Once the system aligns with Irish law, transition to regular legal duties, including finalizing
documents and providing legal assistance to clients and the internal team.
- Experience in Irish inheritance/Estate law, with a proven record in drafting Wills,
establishing enduring Powers of Attorney, and handling other matters. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring legal accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, start-up environment.
- Flexibility to travel to Copenhagen (in the beginning) as required for collaboration with the IT team.
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
