Overview of role:
We are looking for several Service Desk Agents to join and expand the 1st Line Support team based within their offices in Belfast.
Your role will be to provide first class customer service while problem solving and dealing with an array of queries and faults being raised by their customers.
You will be working on a busy and active service desk, answering phone calls, webchats and other forms of digital contacts, keeping to agreed SLA's and KPI's.
You will be supporting a key long-term partner as they go through a digital transformation with new and interesting services and technologies being constantly introduced as they continue to modernise and embrace new ways of working.
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Educated to GCSE grade or equivalent
- Passion on interest in IT
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High degree of initiative and creativity
Key information:
- Engage with Customers: Handle queries and faults through phone calls, webchats, and digital contacts.
- Competitive Pay: Earn £12.60 per hour.
- Flexible Shifts: Work 40 hours per week with 5 x 8-hour shifts between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
- Location: Based in Belfast, BT39AE.
- Contract: 12-month temporary position with an ASAP start!
