REED Technology are delighted to partner with an excellent organisation who are seeking an IT Project manager to join their team.

The role of the Project Manager is to oversee end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects, focusing on Customer Service and Business Central. The successful candidate will manage these projects with prime responsibility for delivering within specified tolerances of time, cost, and quality. This role involves direct accountability to the Project Group and requires regular reporting to the PMO Manager.

Duties:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, project updates, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Data Management: Manage data integration efforts ensuring secure and efficient data migration, transformation, and storage.
• Reporting and Analysis: Utilize PM tools to create customized dashboards and reporting for project tracking and decision-making. Develop comprehensive project reports and analyses to keep stakeholders informed and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• System Deployment: Oversee deployments in Dynamics 365, Customer Service, and Business Central, ensuring they are aligned with the organization’s needs and compliance requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation and project information, creating a reliable knowledge base for current and future projects.
• Methodology Application: Apply project management methodologies such as PMP and PRINCE2 to maintain project structure, streamline workflows, and manage risks effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, providing leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Post-Implementation Review: Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement in future projects.
• Training and Support: Provide user training and support, enabling stakeholders to leverage Dynamics 365 solutions effectively and maintain long-term operational success.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 project management, with a strong understanding of Customer Service and Business Central.
• Proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power BI, and experience creating automated workflows for enhanced project management.
• Solid background in data integration and management.
• Experience with SharePoint for documentation, collaboration, and project resource management.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective project plans and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder expectations, leading teams, and maintaining alignment across projects.
• Prior experience in training and onboarding teams on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
