What do I need?

You will need previous experience within a similar role handling a full and varied case load of defendant litigated matters, ideally you will have 1 to 2 years prior experience. A knowledge or experience of Personal Injury or Credit Hire Clams would be highly advantageous and/or previous experience working within the insurance sector.

You will need to bring an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving is desirable.

What will you be doing?

You will be asked to competently deal with a case load of predominately motor litigation files within our case management system, to ensure that clients are confident that their legal affairs are dealt with in a professional and competent manner, and to ensure the efficient operation of the team.

You will be working alongside a leading figure in Northern Irish courts who has established a reputation as one of the leading specialist litigation solicitors in Northern Ireland, currently sitting on FOIL’s NI Access to Justice and Costs sector focus teams. Leading on a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial and insurance disputes, construction disputes and personal injury claims. With a real desire to change the way litigation is dealt with in Northern Ireland and modernise the way cases are handled.
