Manufacturing Planner – Belfast£30,000 - £32,000 | Day Shift

Are you an experienced Production Planner looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate and optimize production workflow across all manufacturing departments.

Plan and prioritize production to maximize performance and minimize delaysEnsure manpower, equipment, and raw materials are available to meet demandMonitor stock levels to prevent shortages and delaysEvaluate supply chain performance to ensure quality and cost efficiencyAssign tasks to production teams and schedule overtime when requiredTrack job progress to ensure timely and budget-conscious completionIdentify and resolve issues to minimize disruptionsMaintain accurate records and prepare performance reportsWork closely with operatives, installers, and managers to improve quality control

?? Proven experience in production planning or a similar role?? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills?? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines?? Excellent communication and teamwork skills?? Experience in supply chain evaluation and procurement planning is a plus
