Our client are a global manufacturer supplying products worldwide.
We are recruiting a Shift Maintenance Engineer who will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment, based at their site near Belfast and Lisburn areas
Shift pattern is continentals 2 week days and 2 week nights, with a starting salary at over 48k later rising to 51k, additional overtime is paid at 1.5 rate.
We are looking for candidates with mechatronic/ multi-skilled experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting.
The Role
- Planned and reactive maintenance on production plant and equipment
- Respond to breakdowns and resolve faults quickly
- Continuous improvement and machine upgrades
- Work across electrical and mechanical systems
- Work as part of a maintenance team to minimise downtime and maximise performance
- Record maintenance logs as required
- Work in line with company policy and health & safety
What we are looking for:
- Level 3 apprenticeship in Engineering, Mechatronic or Electrical
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing/ production setting
- Multi-skilled across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Working knowledge of PLC's, controls and robotics
