Job Title: Site Manager

About:
We are working with a Main Contractor that specialises in fit-out, commercial furniture, facilities management, and minor building projects up to 5m that are looking for a Site Manager to hit the ground running and take projects through to completion.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to safely and efficiently manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site operations and ensure subcontractors meet project specifications.
  • Handle material/equipment orders and liaise with utility companies.
  • Manage permits for work activities, road openings, and temporary utilities.
  • Ensure quality control, issue NCRs, and manage snagging lists.
  • Enforce Health & Safety regulations and manage temporary works.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: CSCS/CSR card, SMSTS qualified
  • Desirable: First Aid, relevant professional qualification

Experience:

  • Previous experience in commercial, retail, healthcare, education, or refurbishment sectors.
  • Strong leadership, team collaboration, and IT skills.
