- Lead and oversee all reactive maintenance activities for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Prioritise and assign tasks to ensure quick resolution of any issues.
- Ensure the delivery of planned maintenance, following SFG20 guidelines.
- Develop mobile working solutions and track remedial actions across all planned works.
- Manage and mentor a team of M&E technicians.
- Provide ongoing training and support to drive team performance and skill growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency.
- Drive improvements in planned maintenance processes and mobile solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Work closely with the service delivery team to maintain clear communication with clients.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Oversee the procurement and management of spare parts, ensuring each team has adequate supplies.
- Strong experience managing maintenance operations for M&E teams.
- In-depth hands-on experience in M&E engineering, with comprehensive knowledge of maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in management software (e.g., CAFM, Microsoft Office).
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, particularly under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent qualifications.
