Are you an experienced Electrical Technical Manager looking for your next career move? My Client are a leading FM provider and looking for a Technical Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in the Belfast area.

Duties
* Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers
* Work to tight budgets and timeframes for project completions
* Prepare quotations for remedial works
* Hold regular meetings with clients to discuss progress of site work
* Quote small project works
* Occasional travel to our other offices in England and Scotland to train other staff members
* Occasional on site works when required

Qualifications
* Electrical NVQ level 3 or higher
* 2391 Testing and Inspection
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Proven experience in inspection and testing commercial properties
* Previous Experience in line managing a team of electricians
* Extensive Experience of pricing electrical works to include testing and small projects c30K and below.
