KM4HR are exclusively recruiting for a strong and confident HR Business Partner for this newly created position.

Due to recent growth there is no a need for a HRBP to drive the people strategy and support organisational goals from a base in Northern Ireland while supporting the wider People & Culture team.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Creating cyclical people plans alongside ongoing people management
  • Supporting post-acquisition integration of businesses within the group
  • Delivering organisational and individual change management plans
  • Identifying and managing strategies that connect to the wider organisation, providing essential education, training, and development across the organisation
  • Improving and delivering high-quality people programmes, creating policies, processes, and systems
  • Management of employee relations' cases such as probationary reviews, performance management, absence, capability, grievance, and disciplinary matters
  • Maintaining accurate people data and ongoing analysis to interpret trends and create people-focused solutions

Experience required for the role:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting in a professionally focused client environment
  • Full HR exposure including Payroll gained within a larger organisation
  • Experience of Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Confident with change management, organisational development, and workforce planning
  • Current knowledge of employment legislation (Ireland essential, rest of the UK highly desirable)
  • CIPD qualification

Offices are located throughout Northern Ireland. This role will also require some adhoc travel to other sites, including to the UK office, on occasion.
