The Role
As a Payroll Coordinator, you’ll oversee the accurate and timely processing of global payroll, ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple regions. You’ll collaborate with HR and finance teams to deliver exceptional service and provide key insights through payroll analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.

About You:
- 5–10 years’ experience in a Payroll Coordinator/Manager role.
- Proficient in payroll systems like Sage/Intact Software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
