Location: Belfast
Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary: £40,000 per year

Are you skilled in production supervision and driven to lead a team towards operational excellence?

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage a defined area within our production facility. In this role, youll take ownership of team health and safety, production schedules, and quality standards, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. If youre a natural leader with strong organisational skills, and a focus on continuous improvement, this role could be ideal for you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Production Manager on all operational matters.
  • Supervise all aspects of your production area and team members.
  • Plan and organize production schedules to meet output goals.
  • Maintain and promote safety standards, including participation in risk assessment reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Support quality control and drive continuous improvements across processes.
  • Oversee customer delivery performance and cost control for your area.
  • Manage team performance, skills development, and conduct regular 1-2-1 reviews.
  • Assist with stock accuracy, including cycle counts and annual stock take as required.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in production supervision.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices within a production environment.
  • Effective communicator and team player, comfortable with hands-on management.
