We are working with a global financial institution to recruit a Project Manager to join their Markets Program Management Team. This role is pivotal in delivering multiple EU and UK regulatory change and control remediation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior project management experience and will support Programme Managers in various capacities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of PM policy, standards, and requirements.
  • Draft initiation, scoping, and other project artifacts/documents for new projects for review by Programme Managers.
  • Coordinate the drafting of WG packs, draft minutes, record attendees, and follow-up on actions for review by Programme Managers.
  • Support in maintaining issue trackers and creating progress reports for management meetings.
  • Follow up with issue owners from Markets and non-Markets businesses for monthly status updates.
  • Review upcoming milestones, deliverables, and due dates well in advance to ensure actions are completed in a timely manner in the Project Tracking System (PTS).


Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in project management, preferably within a regulatory or financial services environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
