Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in Commercial or Residential projects? Do you want to join a company that will support you in your career development to QS, Senior QS, and beyond?

This multi-disciplinary chartered construction company have had massive success in the industry, doubling their turnover year on year. They cover refurbishment, maintenance and construction projects for public and private sector clients. The business has a dynamic and inclusive culture that encourages support, training, and development across all areas. Due to their growing order book, they are looking to bring a Junior Quantity Surveyor into the business to help support the next phase of growth.

In this role, you will support the commercial team with all relevant activities, reporting directly to the Senior QS. This role suits those who are looking to gain experience in the office and on-site, with weekly site visits. You will have loads of training and investment including mentoring, internal training, and external courses.

The ideal candidate will be either degree-qualified or have some experience in Quantity Surveying. You will be highly motivated by the opportunity to learn, take on more responsibility over time, and progress in your career.

The Role:

• Assist in cost planning, budget estimating, and monitoring actual costs against budget
• Effectively communicate with commercial department, PM, site-based teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered to requirements
• Reporting to the Senior QS
• Internal and external training - site tickets, qualifications, charters etc

The Person:

• Graduate / Junior Quantity Surveyor
• Self-motivated and looking to progress your career
• Full Driving License
