Here at Brook Street we are excited to recruit for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Health and Social Care of Northern Ireland (HSCNI) team.

As a key player in our team, you will build and maintain a strong client base, source top talent, and foster lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

About the role:

  • Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, including those specific to the HSCNI sector.
  • Conduct Right to Work checks, ensure equal opportunities, and maintain accurate records
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to client acquisition, candidate placement, and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain a client base by proactively engaging with potential and existing clients, including those within the HSCNI sector.
  • Conduct business development calls and meetings to discuss clients' recruitment needs, identify opportunities, and expand the client base.
