Day to Day of the Role:

Oversee all front of house operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Provide exceptional customer service, swiftly addressing any concerns or feedback.

Maintain impeccable standards of venue presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Utilise guest booking and profiling systems to enhance the customer journey.
Foster a collaborative environment between Front of House and Back of House teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record as a Venue Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of bar and restaurant operations.
Financial literacy, with experience in budget management and reporting.
