Key Account Manager
This is a superb opportunity for a corporate sales professional who can sell at a high level into HR and Health and Safety Directors.
You will be joining a tight knit, supportive team, providing necessary services and winning repeat business due to the superb levels of training provided.
There is a large portfolio of clients that you will introduce yourself into, reviewing their business needs and educating them on the breadth of services the company offer with a view to increasing spend.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be organised, and have a proven track record in sales or account management.
They will provide basic oversight to two sales coordinators, focusing mainly on inbound sales support whilst focusing on generating new business.
They will conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in both Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.

40,000 - 45,000 basic
6,000 - 12,000 OTE year 1 uncapped
