Why You Should Apply:

Your Role:

  • Organise and assist with a large volume of meeting requests across community teams.
  • Attend various meetings, accurately recording discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute supporting documents prior to meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information discussed during meetings.
  • Produce high-quality minutes within given timeframes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in minute-taking and administrative support is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • Access to a car is essential as your primary location will be at Everton Complex, you may also travel to other Community Learning Disability Teams at the Carlisle Centre and Graham House at Knock Bracken Health Care Park.
