Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent telephone support from 9 AM - 5 PM, addressing queries with professionalism and care.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, process petty cash, and assist with various administrative duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar administrative position.
  • Education: A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths.
  • Communication Skills: A clear and friendly telephone voice when interacting with service users.
  • Access NI Check: Required for this position.
