Brook Street (UK) Ltd is excited to announce an opportunity for a Band 2 Receptionist to join our team on a 25-hour per week basis, offering a pay rate of 11.44 per hour.

Work Schedule:

  • 25 hours per week-days will depend on cover requirements.
  • Reception working patterns include:
    • One half-day (6 hours)
    • Two full days (8 AM - 6 PM)

We are looking for a dynamic and flexible individual who can work across various locations, including:

  • Arches Centre: East Belfast
  • Beech Hall Centre: West Belfast
  • Bradbury Centre: South Belfast
  • Carlisle Centre: North Belfast
  • Grove Wellbeing Centre: North Belfast
  • Knockbreda Centre: Castlereagh
  • Shankill Centre: West Belfast

Locations:

  • Week 1: Arches Wellbeing and Treatment Centre
  • Week 2: Crumlin Road Health Centre

There may also be opportunities to cover additional hours at the same site and other locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming Environment: Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
  • Help Desk Support: Provide essential help desk services by reporting building faults and coordinating maintenance requests.
  • Operational Coordination: Maintain effective communication with support services to ensure the smooth running of the centres.
  • Visitor Management: Check in external staff and issue visitor passes while keeping accurate records.
  • Reception Duties: Operate reception as a designated collection point for mail, fax messages, and parcels.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience and five GCSEs at grade C or above.
  • Current driving license and access to a car.
