The Head of Marketing will build, lead and oversee the Marketing department of a thriving consumer based in Bellshill. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth by supporting enquiry generation for the sales team and enhancing the company's brand image.

Description

  • Lead, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Oversee all marketing and advertising activities
  • Collaborate with in-house videographer and produce and implement a content strategy.
  • Significant focus on paid social - Facebook and Google ads, analytics and reporting to the Directors.
  • Recruit and manage the performance of the marketing team
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Manage the department's budget and ensure cost-effectiveness; drive ROI and ROAS
  • Enhance the company's brand image and customer engagement
  • Generate leads and drive growth

Profile

A successful Head of Marketing should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent understanding of market research methods and data analysis
  • Strong paid social experience
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
  • Ability to devise and implement strategic marketing initiatives
