Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is processed correctly.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in the management of employee data.
- Respond to HR-related queries and provide general support to staff.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws.
Criteria:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong administration skills
- Happy to work onsite full time
- Full drivers Licence
