Working with a fantastic Logistics comapny, a new role has been created to lead and assist in their negotiations department. Managing a team of call agents who contact and negotiate best prices with their network, with the aim of cost-reduction and proactive company-wide savings.
You will be tenacious, motivated and analytical who thrives in a busy, fast-paced, high volume environment.
With expereince in pay/salary negotiations and communicatingcross-functionally at all levels, you will lead your teams by example along with producing and executing future planning, forecasting and continuous improvements.
You will aid in the implementation of recruitment drives, strengthening of pipelines and cost management.
It would be a distinct advantage to have some logistics knowledge, have dealings with self-employed and sub-contracting individuals, understand compensation/benefit situations and also analyse and interpret market data.
Salary circa 45k plus benefits and add-ons.
