Our client is a leading provider of home improvement services, specialising in delivering high-quality solutions to their clients. Based in Bellshill, they pride themselves on exceptional craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and a strong team spirit. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join their team and drive our operations to new heights.

The new Operations Manager will have previous experience working in a Window/Door and or Conservatory company. The Role:As Operations Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer service. You will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the successful completion of home improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of the business, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Manage and support teams of tradespeople and contractors, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor project time lines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Report directly to senior management on operational performance and improvements.

What we're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar operational or management role, ideally in construction or home improvement sectors. Ideally worked in a window/door and conservatory company.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to driving operational improvements and innovation.
