Jenson Fisher have been engaged by an expanding organisation based in North Lanarkshire to recruit a Finance Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This role would suit a good all-rounder who would like to learn payroll and be part of a well established team. The hours of work for this post can be 8am to 4pm, 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm.The main duties:

Sales ledger duties
Processing invoices
Cash allocation
Assisting with processing payroll
Processing new starters and leavers
Dealing with payroll queries
Providing support to the finance team

Requirements:

Previous purchase or sales ledger experience is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sage experience would be an advantage
Highly accurate and detail-oriented
Team player
Willingness to learn payroll
