Location: Ambergate / Hybrid, 3 days per week on-site

About:

Our high-profile client are looking for a skilled Administrator to join their Technical Training Team and support them with day to-day activities and assisting with a key project!

Key Accountabilities:

  • Administration of qualification accreditation documents and updating of Skills Profiles.
  • Scheduling of Technical Training Events from course request to course closure.
  • Booking suitable facilities to host Technical Training Events.
  • Utilising the Learning Management System to help facilitate the Annual Learning Plan (ALP).
  • Capturing ad-hoc requests through the Service Now System.
  • Co-ordinating trainers (internal and external) and liaising with External Training Providers.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Respond to enquires via shared mailboxes to delegates and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the wider Technical Training Team as and when required.
  • Monthly Data Reporting.

What are we looking for?

  • Capable in effective communicational and organisational skills.
  • Track record of developing working relationships quickly and effectively across all levels of an organisation.
  • Conversant with the use of Microsoft programmes such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence (due to limited public transport within the site area)
