Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a nationwide leading FM business, you'll be taking lead on all commercial activities with a prestigious client across the Midlands.

On offer is the chance to lead commercial, costing and tendering decisions large scale water services projects, working for a company offering a generous package including; car allowance, healthcare schemes and enhanced holiday packages.

With over 20 locations across the UK, this well-established business have amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence within building management, FM and civil engineering. They are seeking an additional MTC Quantity Surveyor in their Belper office, to work on behalf of highly regarded waterworks business.

In this role, you'll be preparing sales backup information for sales invoices based on analysis of job costs, working closely with the operations delivery team and finance departments. As well as producing account measurements for POAs, processing daywork application for payment and cost costs for reactive works and projects, as well as measuring quantities from drawings & specs.

This role is based out of their offices in Belper, with hybrid options available. There will also be a requirement to travel to site when required which will cover the entire Midlands region.

THE ROLE:
*Leading commercial function for regional infrastructure projects
*Preparing sales backup for invoices
*Providing budget cost for reactive works
*Measuring project quantities from drawings & specifications

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying position
*Certification/Degree in Building Services of Quantity Surveying preferred
*Experience working with MCT & NSR Scheduling
*Full Drivers License
