Accounts Payable Assistant

A fast-growing Construction business with offices on the North Kent/SE London border is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.  This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week in the office.  Reporting to the Finance Director and working in a fast-paced yet supportive finance team, the Accounts Payable Assistant will:

Duties of the Accounts Payable Assistant Role:

• Monthly coding and input of suppliers and overhead invoices
• Reconciliation of supplier’s statements  
• Collation and input of materials on-site data and expenses 
• Production of supplier cheques/BACS and remittances

Requirements of the Accounts Payable Assistant Role:

• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
• Good data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
