HR Services Administrator

Location: Erith (Hybrid) 

Salary: £13.00+ per hour PAYE

Immediate start for temporary position estimated until March 2025!

Are you a detail-oriented professional eager to make a significant impact within a HR team? We are looking for an HR Services Administrator to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all correspondence with managers via email, letter, and telephone.
  • Organise and coordinate New Starter Welcome Events.
  • Prepare welcome packs for new starters.
  • Handle sensitive personnel information and take minutes during Disciplinary and Grievance meetings.
  • Plan staff rotas and address payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure all personnel activities comply with HR policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with database management.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organisational skills to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong minute-taking skills.

The role will be full time office based for the first few weeks for training to be provided!
