Our client, a successful organisation based in Belvedere, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. If you are looking to be part of a close knit and supportive work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This is a permanent position with a possibility of increasing days in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact, answering phones and directing email queries to the appropriate person
  • Process weekly wages for factory staff
  • Manage the sales ledger by checking supplier invoices against orders and inputting them into the Sage system
  • Reconcile petty cash weekly
  • Keep the stationary stocked and maintain clock cards
  • Update the holiday spreadsheet regularly
  • Provide cover for holidays when necessary

Experience and Skills:

  • Admin/ Accounts experience
  • Happy to work in a small team of 2 in the office
  • Knowledge of SAGE Accounts & Payroll System
