Job Title: Business LecturerWe are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Business Lecturer to join our academic team. - Deliver high-quality lessons in Business, ensuring that the content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the curriculum.
- Support students in their academic progress, providing feedback, guidance, and encouragement.
- Develop and review teaching materials and resources to enhance the student learning experience.
- Assess and monitor student performance through exams, assignments, and presentations.
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvement, bringing innovative ideas to the department.
- Participate in student recruitment, open days, and other promotional events.
- Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Business or a related subject.
- A passion for teaching and a desire to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support students.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Experience in delivering Business courses at the post-secondary level.
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in Business education.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to integrate technology into teaching.
