  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Business, ensuring that the content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the curriculum.
  • Support students in their academic progress, providing feedback, guidance, and encouragement.
  • Develop and review teaching materials and resources to enhance the student learning experience.
  • Assess and monitor student performance through exams, assignments, and presentations.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and improvement, bringing innovative ideas to the department.
  • Participate in student recruitment, open days, and other promotional events.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Essential Requirements:

  • A degree in Business or a related subject.
  • A passion for teaching and a desire to inspire and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support students.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
  • Experience in delivering Business courses at the post-secondary level.
  • Knowledge of current trends and developments in Business education.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to integrate technology into teaching.
