Property Manager- Benfleet - Salary up to £28,000 DOE

Our client is a Multi Award Winning Independent Estate Agent and following their success they are continuing to recruit and are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and motivated Property Manager to join the team.
Your day-to-day duties will involve:
- Managing a portfolio of 135 properties
- Reporting back to landlords and arranging any necessary remedial work.
- Dealing promptly and courteously with all communications from landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Responding quickly to urgent maintenance issues
- Processing end of tenancy check outs and dealing with Contract renewals
- Organising safety checks (e.g. gas safety EPC, electrical etc.)
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.
