We seek exceptional individuals to join our Essex office (part-remote) as Recruitment Consultants.
Who are we? We're a global search agency who focuses on building internal recruitment teams for some of the world's most exciting Tech start-ups and scale-ups.
Due to a record year in 2024, we're looking for talented individuals to help us achieve another record year in 2025.
What do we offer? Great commission! Our delivery commission scheme goes up to £4k per placement and our 360 scheme pays out at 20% on every placement with no threshold. We also have a new client bonus, various incentives, and a dinner club incorporating some of London's top restaurants.

The role is Account Management/Delivery focused as we have a very strong active client base, and you'll have live roles to work on from day one.
A bit more detail;
Account Managing existing global client base to find out about hiring needs, and business development into new clients as required.
Sourcing passive talent on a global basis to match live roles.
Becoming a Talent expert in the global Tech start-up / scale-up ecosystem.
You;

High level of literacy, the ability to write targeted individual approaches to passive candidates.
Ability to control the candidate process from identification, through to qualification and closing.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at one time.
Manage a portfolio of candidates and have a detailed knowledge of each candidate.
The ability to listen and learn and continuously thrive to improve.
Great customer service skills, someone who strives to provide an unrivaled candidate and client experience.
Relationship building by listening and understanding what's needed at any point in the process.
Strong communication skills.
Positive attitude - no mood hoovers!
High level of education - degree desirable, but not necessary if you have commercial experience
