Administrator - Contract (9 months) - 26,000+ - South East Oxfordshire
Wheatstone Solutions are currently working with a client in South East Oxfordshire seeking an Administrator to join the team on a 9 month maternity cover contract.
The role is Monday to Friday and offers up to 2 days working from home after initial training period, joining a close knit and friendly team.
There may be opportunities during the contract for a permanent position.
Hours are 8:30 - 5:30 with a 4pm finish on Fridays.
Duties include:
- Accurately and efficiently prepare and manage documents.
- Working with Contracts Managers, Directors, Engineers and Surveyors collating drawings and projects as required and uploading to the system.
- Use of Microsoft OneNote, Excel and other packages, to ensure correct information is entered into the relevant documents.
- Upload drawings and set up projects.
- Speak to internal stakeholders processing and informing regarding the relevant projects.
- Any additional ad-hoc duties as required.
What are they looking for
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft packages including OneNote and Excel
- Experience in an office environment in an administrative role
