Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Redditch

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Flexible – 4 or 5 days a week (salary would be pro rata if 4 days)

 

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our friendly team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, generating new leads and building a robust sales pipeline
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present products/services to prospective clients and negotiate terms to close deals effectively
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products/services to effectively address client needs and drive sales
  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights to the Sales Manager

 

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role (preferably B2B)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and confident with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

 

Desirable:

  • Minimum 2 years previous sales experience
  • Previous experience with cold-calling or telesales
