Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Redditch
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Flexible – 4 or 5 days a week (salary would be pro rata if 4 days)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our friendly team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, generating new leads and building a robust sales pipeline
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present products/services to prospective clients and negotiate terms to close deals effectively
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products/services to effectively address client needs and drive sales
- Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights to the Sales Manager
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role (preferably B2B)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and confident with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable:
- Minimum 2 years previous sales experience
- Previous experience with cold-calling or telesales
