Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and assessments to determine accurate valuations.
- Prepare detailed property listings, including descriptions and photographs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
- Utilise IT systems, including Excel, to analyse market trends and maintain accurate records.
- Drive to various locations for property evaluations and client meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or renting process.
- Organise and manage appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the agency's performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the estate agency sector is essential.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
