They require a highly experienced Property Lister/Valuer to take the region to new heights. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property valuations and assessments to determine accurate valuations.
  • Prepare detailed property listings, including descriptions and photographs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
  • Utilise IT systems, including Excel, to analyse market trends and maintain accurate records.
  • Drive to various locations for property evaluations and client meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or renting process.
  • Organise and manage appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the agency's performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the estate agency sector is essential.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
