  • Offer emotional and behavioural support to students, helping them overcome challenges.

  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and behaviour.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN in an educational or care setting.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to working with students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable but not essential.
