We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT Support Specialist. This is a varied and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to split your time between providing technical support and maintaining IT systems, hardware, and software.

As the role evolves, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including contributing to the development of the IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line IT support, offering training and guidance to users with varying levels of IT knowledge.
- Maintain, update, and monitor IT systems, including hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
- Perform IT administration tasks such as user management, asset tracking, and system updates.
- Create and update IT documentation, including help guides and troubleshooting resources.
- Assist with IT hardware replacement cycles and project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Proven experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- A logical thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and calmly under pressure in a demanding environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent time management and administrative skills.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting:
- Microsoft client and server operating systems.
- Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Microsoft 365.
- Networking (DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
- Wireless systems, web filtering, and antivirus management.
