Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

45hours per week

We are recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic organised and reliable Grounds Team Leaderto work with the Grounds Manager and team

You will be Leadinga team daily to carry out Grounds Maintenance,predominantly around the midlands area, although there may be some sites that are further away, so driving is essential.

The role of Grounds Maintenance Team Leader :

• Working in a residential and commercial environment.
• Managing a team
• Hands on approach
• Working closely with team members
• Ensuring department standards are met.
• Training of staff on processes and procedures
• Planning of works to be complete for next visit.
• Ensuring all sites/runs are complete.
• Organisingschedule
• Working alongside the Management team
• Build up a repour with clients
• Handling internal issues within team

Skills and experiences:

• Grounds Maintenance experience (essential)
• Full UK Driving license
• Team Leader background
