Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by creating and placing job adverts and coordinating new starter paperwork.
  • Administer training programmes and ensure all mandatory training is up-to-date.
  • Produce HR reports and assist in data analysis to support practise strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer-focused service to all team members.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a busy HR environment or health setting is a plus!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage data effectively.
