Our client is seeking a motivated Business Support Administrator to join their team in Kidderminster on a Temp to Perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support across various departments while ensuring smooth operations. ??

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Dispatch Department: Ensure customer orders are completed and delivered promptly.
  • Administrative Excellence: Efficiently manage record-keeping, document control, and file storage across all departments.
  • Customer Service Champion: Address customer queries and resolve issues with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Liaison with Management: Assist senior management in implementing company objectives and directives.
  • Communication Hub: Facilitate effective communication to gather required information for customer orders.
  • First Point of Contact: Greet visitors and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Phone Reception: Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately within the department.
  • WMS System Support: Act as the key contact for day-to-day activities within the new WMS system.
  • Accounts Assistance: Support the accounts department with invoice processing, credit checks, and ledgers.
  • Task Prioritisation: Ensure timely completion of tasks to a high standard.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training to enhance your skills and capabilities.

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is a plus!
