Are you a seasoned project manager looking to enhance your career in the security space? Are you comfortable delivering end-to-end client-side services projects?

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager who is eager and willing to deliver large scale technical implementations as well as the continued development of projects currently in pipeline. If you think this sounds like you, then read on!

The Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from taking initial briefs from clients, to liaising with design and technical teams, to then overseeing client-site implementation before managing handover and snagging processes. You'll control project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation, with a large focus on stakeholder management throughout.

The Client:

We are working with a market leader in the fire safety industry, with ambitious goals for 2025, looking to expand their projects team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years project management experience in HVAC, smoke ventilation or the fire safety sectors.
  • Organisational skills, keeping multiple projects on track concurrently, on budget and meeting client expectations.
  • Strong client facing ability, with a focus on transparency to develop client relationships.
  • Competency reading project drawings and planning accordingly.
  • Strong leadership skills, building relationships throughout cross functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen keeping project documents to ensure risks are managed, and costs are accounted for.
  • Willingness to travel to client-sites locally to ensure project success.
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
