NJR Recruitment are partnered with a well-established firm of independent financial advisers who have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Financial Planning Administrator/Junior Paraplanner to join their expanding team. This client is known for their excellent reputation based on integrity and commitment to providing superior service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Compiling cases for processing by ensuring all the required paperwork included is signed, this will include:

  • Fact Find
  • Quotes
  • Application form
  • Other related paperwork
  • Processing High Risk business (Ad Hoc):
  • BED/ISA
  • Top Up
  • Fund switches
  • Changes to contributions
  • Withdrawals
  • Production of Post Investment Valuations
  • Use of the back office systems (Intelligent Office & Volume) by way of accurate record keeping, client file updating, and scanning allocation to relevant client file
  • IFA point of contact for all queries relating to the case both pre and post submission

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous Financial Services industry experience
  • A proven track record in providing high quality administration support
  • Working towards CII level 4 qualifications would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage your own time and achieve strict timescales
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong team player
