Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional looking for a new challenge?Do you have a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and experience in manufacturing or engineering?
We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of health and safety across multiple sites in all within 10 miles of Kidderminster. You will drive best practices, ensure compliance, and lead a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations
- Maintaining health & safety policies, COSHH registers, and statutory records
- Delivering training, including manual handling and workplace best practices
- Leading and promoting a proactive health & safety culture
- Managing contractors' permits, fire drills, and site safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a health & safety role
- Manufacturing/engineering background
- Strong leadership, training, and collaboration skills
- Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays!
