The Ideal Candidate:
You will be technically proficient in handling residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with a strong team ethic and the ability to build effective relationships.
Commercially aware and highly motivated, you'll excel at managing multiple tasks and deadlines across various residential property matters. A proactive and articulate approach will be key to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, country properties, re-mortgages, shared ownership, right to buy, leases and easements
- Sharing best practices and contributing to the professional development of the team
- Supporting business development initiatives as needed
