Your new companyYou will be joining an established manufacturing company in Kidderminster for an exciting new permanent role, working in their Planning and Production team, to support them with critical activities that drive business decisions. Your new role

This role is a specialist administration post with the primary function of providing administration and data on key ranges, as well as ensuring they are serviced and stocked to an optimal level. Key tasks include:

  • Ensuring stock is ordered in a timely manner to avoid stock ruptures
  • Update replenishment sheets with live information to ensure ordering is accurate
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure stock limit targets are adhered to and queries and issues are resolved promptly
  • Proactive progression of product into stock to ensure demands are met
  • Support in commercial decision-making for the stock and sales teams
  • Proactively responding to issues and problem-solving
  • Use of specialist data and office systems to feed live data into stock replenishment sheets
  • Additional ad-hoc duties and administration to support the team and wider business

This is a full-time role in the Kidderminster office, working Monday to Friday. What you'll need to succeedKey experience required is IT confidence, this role uses a lot of data and analysis skills and attention to detail is essential. Excel skills will be preferred as well as confidence in speaking to internal teams and stakeholders. Being confident about change, growth and flexibility is critical in this role.
