Responsibilities
" Provide high quality support to our Consultants
" Draft Technical suitability report 's in accordance with compliance guidelines
" Assist Consultants in the production and issuing of client advice, including liaison with product providers and undertaking product research for the Consultant
" Prepare and issue client reviews including obtaining product specific information e.g. switch fees and funds available and charges
" Work with FE analytics
" IRESS Quotes and Protection Case Preparation
" Co-ordinate the issuing of client advice, client correspondence and enclosures
" Process new business process through to conclusion
" Work with Platform sites
" Completing Replacement Business forms, gathering information from providers.
" Production of quotes and relevant application paperwork via various external provider platforms
" IRESS Quotes and Protection Case Preparation
Compiling cases for processing by ensuring all the required paperwork included is signed, this will include:
" Suitability Report
" Fact Find
" Quotes
" Application form
" Other related paperwork
" Processing High Risk business (Ad Hoc):
" BED/ISA
" Top Up
" Fund switches
" Changes to contributions
" Withdrawals
" Production of Post Investment Valuations
" Use of the back office systems (Intelligent Office & Volume) by way of accurate record keeping, client file updating, and scanning allocation to relevant client file
" IFA point of contact for all queries relating to the case both pre and post submission
Requirements
" Previous Financial Services industry experience
" A proven track record in providing high quality administration support
" Working towards CII level 4 qualifications would be desirable
" Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
" Ability to effectively manage your own time and achieve strict timescales
" Excellent attention to detail
" Strong team player
