What You'll Do:

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Installations Team on diverse projects.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers and schedulers to plan site visits.
  • System Management: Utilize customer portals as directed and ensure stock levels with the Stores team.
  • Versatile Support: Assist the team and occasionally support Service Engineers outside your designated area.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions and team meetings, and identify personal development needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Expertise: Solid understanding of Fire and Security Systems with at least 2 years of installation experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong background in the electrical/electronic industry and knowledge of industry standards.
  • Customer Focus: Experience in front-line customer interaction and the ability to commission multi-disciplined systems.
  • Independence: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with professionalism.
  • Essentials: Computer literacy and a full UK Driving Licence.
