- Providing general administrative assistance to the Conveyancer.
- Managing communication with clients, opposing lawyers, estate agents, and other third parties as needed.
- Handling new business inquiries and offering quotes to potential clients.
- Opening new files.
- Assisting with the collection and recording of necessary documentation to comply with AML and KYC requirements.
- Answering and directing phone calls, including managing administrative and straightforward inquiries.
- Managing the exchange of contracts as directed and approved by the Conveyancer.
- Preparing files for completion, including obtaining redemption statements, drafting completion statements, internal paperwork, and appropriate letters.
