  • Delivering day-to-day clerical support to the Fee Earner in the Property department.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors on the other side, estate agencies, and additional external contacts.
  • Responding to new client queries and providing fee estimates.
  • Setting up new client matters.
  • Assisting with gathering and logging documents required to meet Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer standards.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, dealing with basic queries or directing them appropriately.
  • Coordinating contract exchanges under the instruction and confirmation of the Conveyancer.
  • Preparing matters for finalisation, including sourcing redemption figures, creating completion accounts, internal documentation, and necessary correspondence.
